Electrical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Trainer to join our team at Add Staff Group. As an Electrical Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering and assessing training programs for apprentices and trainees in the Electrotechnology sector.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and assess training programs for Certificate II, Certificate III, Post Trade, and Short Courses in Electrotechnology.
- Build strong relationships with the Electrotechnology community, including apprentices, employers, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources to support the delivery of training programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs and services.
- A trade qualification and industry currency in the relevant Electrotechnology sector.
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good understanding of statutory regulations related to training in the Electrotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
