Job Title: Senior Learning Designer

Join Health Education And Training Institute (HETI) as a Senior Learning Designer and play a key role in driving innovation and excellence in learning within our organisation.

About the Role

This role will apply best practices in engaging and cutting-edge learning design, while developing digital educational resources that support our strategic initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts, clinical professionals, and team members to create high-quality, impactful learning experiences that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce, contributing directly to our organisation's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of digital learning products to enable learners in the NSW Health workforce to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies that improve performance.
  • Work in close collaboration with project teams to develop and design interactive digital learning products to meet learning outcomes and the performance needs of the NSW Health workforce.
  • Undertake scoping of learning needs in consultation with subject matter experts and perform the detailed instructional design of each learning solution.
  • Provide expert advice on best practice e Learning methods to develop fit for purpose, contemporary learning solutions.
What You'll Need

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in e Learning design.
  • Experience in developing digital learning products and solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
