Job Title: Late Shift Manager
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations during late-night shifts, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service and safety.
This role involves supervising overnight activities, collaborating with the Finance team on daily audits, and adhering to brand and procedural standards. As a key member of the team, you will handle and resolve any guest or operational concerns, personally assisting in managing issues and completing key tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise overnight staff, including late-night arrivals and early departures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor departmental supplies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Support inventory counts and contribute to meeting guest satisfaction targets.
- Monitor employee performance and uphold service standards.
Requirements:
- Experience with property management systems or similar software.
- Relevant experience in a leadership role.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- Full Working rights in Australia.
- Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
