Job Description

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, expanding services to meet evolving needs, and fostering strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate dispensing and trusted patient consultations
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand services, including vaccinations, health checks, and reviews
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider community
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and lead a high-performing team culture
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current AHPRA registration and Working with Children Check
  • Strong knowledge of 8CPA services, DAA's, and QCPP compliance
  • Experience in managing budgets and leading teams
  • Vaccination training and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
