Pharmacy Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to take on a leadership role in our pharmacy.
About the Opportunity:This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Pharmacist to lead a dedicated team and contribute to delivering professional services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, medication management and patient consultations.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to deliver high-quality care to patients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing budgets, driving key performance indicators and fostering a supportive team culture.
Requirements:- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a community pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of 8CPA services and QCPP compliance.
- Confident leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage key performance indicators, budgets and team development.
- A competitive hourly rate of $60-$65 (weekday rates) plus weekend penalty rates.
- Relocation assistance.
