The Client Acquisition (CA) team is pivotal in driving business development, collaborating with various banking sectors to support new clients. This team specializes in onboarding new customers, managing a wide array of sectors with lending requirements ranging from $10M to $150M, and leading substantial transactions.
Your Role:
As a Credit Analyst within the CA team, you will encounter unique challenges daily. Your responsibilities will include managing intricate transactions and engaging with sophisticated commercial banking opportunities, enhancing your financial acumen.
You will be tasked with conducting in-depth research, analyzing financial data, developing a comprehensive client and industry database, and performing complex financial modeling. Additionally, you will assess new lending and credit risks to facilitate the growth of the group.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and modeling for Commercial and Major Client Group Banking clients.Prepare credit submissions for new transactions and oversee deal execution, including documentation and funding processes.Collaborate with senior executives to understand client needs and ensure successful outcomes.Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, including board members and senior management.Work alongside Product Specialists to effectively meet client requirements.What We Seek:

Qualifications:
Experience in cash flow lending to corporate clients with funding needs exceeding $10M.Ability to analyze business and market risks, and write and evaluate credit transactions.Proficient in Excel and financial modeling, including the interpretation of three-way financial statements.Experience in credit structuring, legal documentation, and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is highly regarded.Are you an experienced Credit Analyst ready to engage with complex transactions and drive business growth?
