About the Role:

  • Maintain practice efficiency by streamlining processes and monitoring productivity
  • Analyze revenue streams and debtor management to optimize financial performance
  • Oversee IT troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal system efficiency
  • Drive marketing efforts to enhance business opportunities and grow the practice

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong HR and team leadership skills, including staff rostering, performance management, and leave allocation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working in a multi-specialty practice environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, with empathy for diverse patient demographics and needs
  • Ability to manage budgets and work closely with bookkeepers on financial reports and expense management
  • Proficiency in medical software and related administrative tasks
