About this opportunity

We are recruiting for Casual and Permanent Part Time Caregivers at Cooinda Court, Macquarie Park. As a Caregiver, you will have the chance to form meaningful relationships with our residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Providing person-centered care in accordance with individual care plans
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Performing simple wound dressing
  • Supporting residents in activities under supervision
  • Fostering resident engagement in activities they enjoy

We are seeking staff who can work a variety of shifts, including AM, PM, Overnight and Weekends.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Care Service Employee (desired)
  • Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
  • Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable or a willingness to obtain
  • We encourage Nursing students to apply
