About the Role

">Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective vehicle handovers and product training. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as a subject matter expert on Volvo, Mack, and UD Trucks products, providing in-depth knowledge to customers and dealers.
  2. Developing and implementing VHO strategies to enhance customer satisfaction across all three brands.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for VHO support and driving an exceptional customer experience.
  4. Representing Volvo, Mack, and UD Trucks, supporting customers and dealers through the delivery process, and enhancing understanding of our vehicles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • M.C Combination driving license with experience driving trucks across various applications.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers and dealers.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively showcase products.
  • Experience or enthusiasm for training, with a keen interest in developing others.
  • A customer satisfaction mindset, always striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience.
