Job Description:
The Casual Legal Fee Earner will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
- Providing legal advice and assistance to clients;
- Conducting research and analysis to support case development;
- Developing and implementing business strategies to grow our client base;
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in law from a recognized institution;
- Admission as a solicitor or barrister in South Australia;
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business development within the legal sector;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships;
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software;
- Current practicing certificate (if required for the role).
