Job Description

A skilled legal secretary is required to join a highly desirable team, specialising in Workers Compensation and Personal Injury law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lawyer diaries and appointments, building strong client relationships, coordinating document requests and follow-ups, overseeing matter progression and deadline management, and opening and closing legal matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support to a dynamic team of lawyers.


Essential Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably in Workers Compensation and/or Personal Injury
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fast and accurate typing (minimum 70 WPM)
