Job Overview

The Head of Commercial Program Delivery is responsible for leading innovation-focused initiatives that generate new revenue and support business strategy by commercialising data and launching value-added services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the delivery of product-led commercial initiatives that generate new revenue and value. Drive programs that commercialise data, launch innovative services, and enable go-to-market execution. Embed a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach aligned to strategic commercial goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams to shape and deliver commercial offerings. Partner with external agencies and stakeholders to support execution and adoption, and represent commercial programs in decision-making bodies.
  • Team Culture: Lead a team structure with direct reports and functional leads. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable culture focused on delivering commercial outcomes, while supporting capability development in commercial program delivery and product-oriented thinking.
