Job Title: Swimming Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

About the Role:

This is a casual position, working mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will be required to teach swimming and water safety skills to students in a fun and engaging manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to improve teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • National Police Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
