Swim Squad Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Swim Squad Coach to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our aquatic programs team, you will be responsible for developing and leading our junior and senior swim squads, while also building and maintaining a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective training programs for swimmers of all levels
- Lead and motivate a team of coaches and instructors to achieve program goals
- Ensure safe and efficient operations of the squad program, adhering to company and legislative guidelines
- Promote the squad program and affiliated swimming club, encouraging participation and engagement
- Monitor and track swimmer progression, identifying talented individuals and developing strategies for their growth and development
- Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Competitive Strokes qualification
- Bronze level qualification (preferred)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Previous experience and success in a comparable role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
We are looking for a coach who is passionate about aquatic education, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.
