Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet time, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership skills to manage and influence subcontractors, as well as solid experience in meeting Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.

  • Manage and deliver commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure projects meet time, quality, and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and control project budgets and cost management.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • No less than 8 years of experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience working on construction projects exceeding $5 million.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and influence subcontractors.
  • Solid experience in meeting HSEQ requirements.
