Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional front-line customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone and email correspondence.
  • Provide high-quality over-the-counter customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Tasks:

  • Prioritise and enter sales orders and process any changes.
  • Support the warehouse with general administrative tasks and stock take functions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of key roles in the branch.
  • Assist with stock take processes and coordinate administration and reporting of consumables.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook and Excel).
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Tidy appearance and excellent communication skills.
