About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Food and Beverage attendants and Back of House roles;
  • Clean and maintain the Cafe area, including clearing tables and assisting with functions;
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for members;
  • Represent the Next Gen brand with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in food and beverage service;
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including weekends;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Current RSA certificate and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
