Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of Family Lawyers.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior solicitors to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Admission to practice as a lawyer in Australia.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in family law, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • High standard of work quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and provide support to clients during emotional situations.
  • Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused services.
  • Commitment to alternative dispute resolution.
  • Self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm.
