  • Provide personalized in-home support to our clients' needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Confidently provide catheter and stoma bag care to both males and females
  • Support individuals with dementia and their families, using evidence-based strategies to promote independence
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
Requirements
  • Experience in aged care, disability, and home & community care
  • Qualifications in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
  • A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or the eagerness to obtain one
  • The ability to adapt to diverse shifts and locations
