
Senior Case Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Senior Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals impacted by modern slavery, using a client-centred and trauma-informed casework approach.
The role involves managing workload and case load as allocated by the Program Manager, ensuring practice encourages self-determination and participation of victim survivors engaging with programs. You will also conduct ongoing assessment of clients' issues, needs, and circumstances, devising individual case plans in collaboration with clients.
This position requires effective communication and collaboration with other service providers, representing the organisation in relevant network and interagency meetings. You will participate in Safe House operations, deliver training/presentations about Safe House programs, and engage in professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development or related field OR demonstrated high level of sector knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service, and study/development.
- Relevant experience in a social service environment.
- Current full NSW Driver's license.
- Working with Children Check.
- Compulsory Code of Conduct, WHS and Bullying and Harassment.
