We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Professional in Carindale. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • Previous experience in a sales-focused customer service position
  • Ability to work effectively, individually and in a team
  • Strong communication skills and a personable approach to help create special moments in our customers' lives
  • Flexible availability to meet our seven-day roster requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Connecting with our customers to help them find their unique piece of jewellery
  • Working alongside other Team Members to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
  • Keeping updated with product knowledge and policies and procedures
  • Generating sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
