About the Role

As a Local Community Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers, while also promoting our products and services in a way that's authentic and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in-store, over the phone, and through digital channels.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Promote our products and services in a way that's authentic and engaging.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and improve customer outcomes.
