**Job Title:** State Clinical Team Lead

 

The organisation has a demonstrated history of providing innovative, evidence-based physiotherapy and allied health services.

Working as the State Clinical Team Lead your purpose is to work alongside the Managing Director, providing leadership and operational oversight to all aspects of clinical service provision, with the view of delivering high quality care and customer service.

- Provide strong governance to support the delivery of excellent healthcare services
- Provide clear vision, direction and leadership for all clinicians
- Set, manage and review strategic plans and operational objectives
- Develop, manage and review a marketing and communications plan
- Complete staff on-boarding & mandatory training
- Act as a positive advocate for the Allied Health team
- Travel to various sites in the Perth region

 

- Key Responsibilities:

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy

Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role or senior role

AHPRA registration - no limitations & National Police Clearance

Evidence of having provided excellent clinical intervention, person centered practice and quality customer service

Ability to travel outside the usual workplace &/or geographic area for short periods
