About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes for their store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and embed a culture that fosters a high-performing team of product and brand ambassadors within your store.
  • Enable and empower your Store Management team to be customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven.
  • Cultivate a work environment that promotes wellness, engagement, and performance to build a strong bench for future succession.
  • Work collaboratively with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences for customers.
  • Effectively manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets.
