Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver project management services, focusing on strategy, risk management, governance, design coordination, authority approvals, stakeholder engagement, and procurement processes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support leadership and project management efforts for a diverse range of clients, including government, institutional, and private sector entities, helping them achieve their property and development goals.
  • Contribute to projects across various sectors such as education, health, retirement living, commercial, and social housing.
  • Participate in significant capital projects, including new constructions, major refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades.
Skills and Qualifications Required

Ideally, you'll possess a minimum of 1 year of experience post university qualification in a property-related field, such as architecture, building, or construction industry.

You should also have a strong interest in project management within a consulting or client-side environment, with a desire to grow and develop within a dynamic team.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a property-related field, such as Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management, is essential.
