Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist to assist in identifying, analyzing, reporting, and monitoring strategic and service risks. This is a permanent full-time role with opportunities for career growth.
About the Role
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, reporting, and monitoring strategic and service risks
- Maintain and update corporate risk registers
- Support the implementation of risk management software and training
- Analyze data to identify emerging risks, trends, and opportunities
- Develop business continuity plans and risk mitigation strategies
- Provide secretariat support to the Accountable Stirling Management Group
- Contribute to risk reporting for Executive, Audit Committee, and other stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Progress towards or completion of a relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of risk management principles (AS/NZS ISO 31000:2018)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop reports, procedures, and presentations
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
