Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analysing and evaluating risk exposures, as well as providing assurance over key controls.
Job Description:The Risk Consultant will play a key role in promoting a culture of risk management within the organisation. They will work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that appropriate controls are in place to prevent adverse events.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to identify, assess and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide assurance over key controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a risk-aware culture.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address control deficiencies or inefficiencies.
- Provide training and education to staff on risk management best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in risk management and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
