We are currently seeking a motivated Production Line Operator to join our team in Bairnsdale. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for working on the production lines and contributing to the company's goal of providing fresh, healthy foods to Australians.

About the Role

  • Operation of machinery and equipment on food processing lines
  • Achieving output and line speed targets within set timeframes
  • Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
  • Ensuring food safety standards are met
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A proactive-can do attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement and advancement in your role
  • Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kg
  • Be willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees)
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Be eager to learn and adapt to daily challenges
  • Experience in FMCG with in the food industry is highly regarded but not essential
  • Awareness and high regards in food safety, quality assurance and HACCP would be good but we will train you
  • Flexibility to work over-time hours as and when required
  • Police checks are required as part of the recruitment process
