We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lawn and Garden Maintenance Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality garden and lawn services.

  • A minimum of 12 months full-time experience in Lawn and Garden maintenance is required.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a small, independent team are essential.
  • The successful candidate will have the capability to manage a team for regular jobs and new garden projects, with opportunities for commission/bonuses.
  • An Australian driver's license is also a must.

Benefits:

- Company car provided.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus scheme in place.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain residential, commercial and strata lawns & gardens to a high standard.

- Manage a team for regular jobs and new garden projects.

Requirements:

- Certificate 3 in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (or completing).

- Award conditions of annual leave and personal leave included.

Pay:

$66,793.00 - $75,411.00 per year.

Location:

Northern Beaches, NSW.

Work Location:

In person.
