We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Inspector to join our Development Assessment and Building Certification Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of plumbing and drainage systems in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and inspect plumbing and drainage systems to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify and address any issues or non-compliances.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to applicants, plumbers, and site managers on plumbing and drainage matters.
  • Collaborate with other Council teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Plumbing, Draining, and Gas fitting Qualified Supervisor Licence.
  • Class C Drivers Licence and General Construction Induction Training Card (White Card).
  • Previous experience in application assessment of plumbing and drainage works.
