As an Enquiry and Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to respond to service enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all pathways are managed effectively and leads are generated.
Key Skills and Qualifications- You will possess excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of consistent quality communication.
- Strong marketing and sales fundamentals, including I.T system and CRM agility, will be essential for success in this role.
- A strong internal and external network of relationships will be crucial for promoting our services and brand.
- Experience working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and empathy towards individuals and families will be highly valued.
- Respond to service enquiries and manage pathways efficiently.
- Promote our services and brand to generate new opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase lead generation and conversion.
- This is an entry-level position within the Individual and Family Services industry.
