Early Childhood Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to young children.

The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to child-centered learning and development, and be able to design and implement engaging and inclusive programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Plan, implement, and assess teaching programs aligned with the Australian Steiner Curriculum Framework.
  • Classroom Management: Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Communication: Develop effective relationships with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders through regular communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized Early Childhood Teaching qualification;
  • A current Ochre Card, Police Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain);
  • Demonstrated experience working with young children and their families;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
