Our organization is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent visual appearance across all locations by utilizing approved store formats and visual merchandising techniques.

The successful candidate will have 12 months of previous visual merchandising/retail experience and possess outstanding customer service skills. They will also have an understanding of loss prevention strategies and how they are applied to minimize loss, as well as knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles.

In addition to their visual merchandising duties, the selected individual will contribute to driving sales, providing customer service, counter operation, and ensuring loss prevention strategies are being adhered to. They will also participate in training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
