I am excited to be recruiting an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team.

The Role

As the Engineering Manager, you will take on a key leadership position within the business. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll oversee engineering operations, champion innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of technically challenging projects across various sectors.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide engineering support to a team of Project Managers across a range of projects.
  • Oversee project engineering activities, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong programs, and cost control across all projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to projects.
  • Leverage your expertise in engineering to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiencies.
  • Work as part of a proven leadership team while enjoying the autonomy to shape the role and make an impact.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field.
  • A track record of delivering major civil infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, rail, structures, and renewables.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
