About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Principal to join our team and play a key role in improving educational outcomes for all students, with a strong focus on supporting those with disabilities.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning practices that meet the diverse needs of all learners, ensuring equitable access to education.

By fostering a culture of collaboration and respect, you will build positive and supportive relationships among students, staff, families, and the wider school community.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community through the school special education program (SEP) or early childhood development program (ECDP) to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Requirements

  • Attach a written statement (2-page maximum) addressing Key Capabilities 1-4 as per Role Description.
  • Attach a copy of the mandatory requirements outlined in the attached role description.
