- Relevant Certifications: Azure and Power Platform certifications.
- Technical Experience: Extensive experience in Microsoft products and technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics CE configuration.
- Business Acumen: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian healthcare sector standards, regulations, and practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
