Job Description
  • Maintain the implementation of the Project Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS)
  • Receive and record technical documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Liaise internally and with client, subcontractor document controllers, and designers/drafters
  • Transmit project drawings and documents

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient information management through our EDRMS, planning and supervising document flow to and from all necessary parties, and maintaining a central project control system covering project team, client, vendor, and third-party documentation.

To succeed in this position, you should have experience in a similar role preferably in an engineering or construction environment, knowledge of contractual requirements of document flows, document control protocols, and electronic document management systems. Additionally, you should be proficient in the use and administration of Aconex (Documents, Mail, Field etc.), possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office and excellent computer skills.
