Family Relations Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Family Advocate to provide administrative support and customer service to our families and leadership team.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our service, providing a warm welcome to all families and contributing to the leadership team.
- Administration and Leadership Support: Provide high-level administration and leadership support to the service, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to families, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Contribution to Leadership Team: Contribute to the leadership team's efforts in maintaining a high-quality service.
- Front Desk Administration Experience: Previous experience in front desk administration is required.
- Communication Skills: Confident communication with families, both face-to-face and over the phone, is essential.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills are necessary for this role.
- Childcare Experience: Experience in childcare is highly regarded.
