Event Strategist Role

The Event Strategist plays a pivotal role in envisioning and executing impactful events that amplify brand visibility and foster consumer engagement. This position revolves around developing strategic partnerships, community building, and operational excellence within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to devise and implement event and partnership strategies.
  • Design and execute high-quality activations, encompassing samplings, trade shows, and branded events.
  • Support distribution partners by providing branded assets for trade and hospitality events.
  • Oversee logistics such as vendor coordination, venue selection, budgeting, and on-site execution.
  • Lead event marketing, registration, sponsorship, and audience engagement efforts.
  • Measure and report on event and partnership effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Activate brand ambassadors and athletes in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate across departments on partnership campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain industry relationships, staying abreast of trends and new opportunities.
