Aged Care Funding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Aged Care Funding Assessor to join our team across Orange and surrounding areas.
As an Aged Care Funding Assessor, you will enjoy autonomy in carrying out your work, traveling to aged care homes to conduct assessments using the AN-ACC tool.
You will use your expert clinical skills and knowledge to conduct interviews with residents and staff, review health records, and inform the AN-ACC assessment.
- This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact across the sector by working directly with older Australians.
- Conduct residential aged care funding assessments using the AN-ACC tool.
- Travel to aged care homes to gather information and complete assessments.
- Review health records and conduct interviews with residents and staff.
- Inform the AN-ACC assessment and provide recommendations for care.
- 5 years' post-graduate experience in aged care, including working with people with dementia.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with unrestricted registration.
- Current Influenza vaccination evidence.
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments using a range of tools.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
