We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at South Grafton Community Aged Care.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to residents. The successful candidate will provide daily personal care and support to residents, maintain accurate records and documentation, and communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
- National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
- Genuine empathy and strong communication skills
- Leadership and teamwork abilities
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
- Excellent time management and tech skills
