Creative Designer

As a Design Draftsperson, you will work with industry leaders in custom home building to create new homes and townhouses.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate documents and drawings using Revit software.
- Work closely with clients on custom home designs, ensuring exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and drawing accuracy, making precise variations as needed.
- Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Prior experience with Revit software is highly desirable.
- Ability to learn, adapt, and grow under senior guidance, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and the ability to produce detailed construction documentation and designs.
- Familiarity with local building codes, including REScode, is essential.
