Multi Skilled Production Operator

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Production Operator to join our team at BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA). As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for operating a range of equipment, including dump trucks, excavators, and dozers, to ensure the safe and efficient extraction of resources.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a range of equipment, including dump trucks, excavators, and dozers, to extract resources safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, and housekeeping.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
- Current water truck, grader, and/or dozer skill essential.
- Excavator or electric shovel skill highly regarded.
- Unrestricted 'C' Class Driver's licence essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively integrate into new teams and focus on teamwork.
