About the Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced production operators to join our dynamic teams in the Bowen Basin. As a production operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment, including graders, dozers, water carts, and excavators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment, including graders, dozers, water carts, and excavators, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to a culture of high-performance safety and productivity.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve results.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and supervisors.
