Cost Engineer Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cost Engineer to join our team. As a Cost Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by estimating, analyzing, and controlling costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, reviewing and analyzing cost trends, developing project requirements for cost control, and providing innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in directing project cost engineering, including cost control and analysis, cost reporting, incurred cost assessment, and conducting meetings.
  • Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication, with demonstrated ability to present project controls information to management/client.
