Job Summary:

Senior Content Coordinator Role

This is an editorial-focused position in the Content Team. The Senior Content Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for editorial and academic-related content requests, working closely with the Content Manager to produce, communicate, and implement product marketing content, publications, proof points, and content requests across various audiences and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across university project streams, academics, communications, course management, market analytics, and student recruitment to ensure accurate, up-to-date, high-quality, and stakeholder-need-meeting course marketing and university project content.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style guides to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in written materials through proven copyediting and proofreading abilities.
  • Develop professional writing and content creation skills that draw from best-practice copywriting and professional writing, with a passion for improving content and user experience across publications and digital channels.
Requirements:
  • Proven copyediting and proofreading abilities to apply advanced knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style guides.
  • Demonstrated skills in professional writing and content creation that draws from an understanding of best-practice copywriting and professional writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams, and a demonstrated ability to build and manage positive relationships and lead by influence.
