Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of international logistics experience.
  • You must have experience in CargoWise and CargoWise reporting.
  • ICS experience is also essential.
  • You should have a complete understanding of company values.
  • English language proficiency is required (CEFR Level 5).
  • Data compilation and processing skills through Excel are necessary.
  • Intermediate Word and Outlook skills are preferred.
  • Able to gain and maintain a criminal history clearance.
  • Right to live and work in Australia is required.
Responsibilities:
  • You will coordinate logistics for projects and regular shipments.
  • You will implement efficient work processes on allocated projects.
  • You will manage import/export operations.
  • You will provide quoting, billing, and documentation services.
  • You will analyze supplier performance.
  • You will ensure compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
  • You will adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • You will focus on environmental sustainability.
