Key Responsibilities

As a DVA Consultant, you will play a vital role in the provision of rehabilitation services for our DVA portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Case management of DVA files within medical, psychosocial, and vocational rehabilitation
  • Managing DVA files within the DVA legislative framework
  • Liaising with clients, their families, and medical providers to assist veterans transition to civilian life
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, and Physiotherapy
  • Willingness to travel (a current vehicle and driver's license are compulsory)
  • Sound knowledge of DVA files and legislation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
