We offer a supportive environment for Early Childhood Teachers to grow professionally and personally. Our intensive induction program, First Steps, provides 3 months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow.

As an ECT Buddy is assigned to provide an extra layer of support, you'll feel confident in your role from day one. Community Connection Sessions allow you to network with other educators, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners, fostering a sense of community and connection.

  • Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold:

An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood), or be working towards the above qualification

Teacher's Registration or eligible to apply
