Our team is on the hunt for enthusiastic disability support workers to join us in supporting our participants in their daily lives. We're looking for individuals with a passion for cooking, movies, dancing, and providing quality support to promote independence.
As a disability support worker, you'll be at the heart of our mission, empowering participants to live their best lives. You'll provide flexible, personalised care, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.
Key responsibilities will include assisting clients to make a community impact, ensuring care is always client-centered and planned collaboratively, collaborating with health professionals to enhance well-being, and facilitating daily activities and skill-building programs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in disability or healthcare sectors, particularly working with people with physical & intellectual disabilities. Essential qualifications include Cert III/IV in relevant fields, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Working with Children's Check.
